The six games of Round 2's Pool 1 will be held at PETCO Park in San Diego. Round 2 of the tournament will feature Japan and Korea, against the best teams from previous rounds' Pools B. Round 2 will be double elimination - the first two teams to lose twice will be eliminated. The remaining teams will advance to the semifinal round in Los Angeles.
